The 18 m2 Sparfuchszimmer is a small attic room with antiquated furniture, w/o balcony, but all the necessities such as shower or tub, toilet, radio, phone, satellite TV, safe, and hair dryer. Our single rooms are in this category and also some double rooms. This type of room is best suited for youngsters, not too keen on much comfort, but who would still want to enjoy all the advantages of a 4-star hotel for a little less money.
The Habicht-Zimmer is our standard double room with approx. 20 m2; this type of room offers complete comfort, with balcony.
The Elferzimmer was renovated in 2000 and is furnished with comfortable, honey-coloured local spruce furniture. The room offers home comfort on an area of approx. 28 m2.
The Serleszimmer was built in 2005; this type of room are very comfortable and furnished with light old Tyrolean style spruce wood. These approx. 35 m2 rooms have a tiled stove and are comfortable, so you will literally feel at home.
The suite und family suite were built in 2005 and are furnished like our Serles rooms. The highlight of these rooms is the extra living space alongside the bedrooms. The living room has panoramic glazing with a view from the couch right to the Stubai mountain scenery. The ultimate feeling on 60 m² or 40 m².
The family apartment has 2 joining bedrooms, one for the parents and one for the children. This apartment also has a balcony, satellite TV in both rooms, radio, phone, seating area, safe, and hairdryer. Approx. 45 m2 retreat area and ideal after a demanding day with the entire family in the mountains. |

INFORMATION:
Prices include the following services:
- Breakfast buffet
- Selection of 4-course menu with salad buffet
- Use of indoor pool
- Use of sauna landscape with aromatic steam bath, barn sauna, bio sauna, etc.
- Free bike rental
- Free bath robe service
For stays over 3 days, our normal prices will apply. For short stays. we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of 15%.
Children will benefit from our family-oriented prices if they stay in the room of their parents or family room:
Children under 5 years are free
50 % reduction for children from 6 to 11 years
30 % reduction for children from 12 to 14 years
20 % reduction for teeenagers from15 to 18 years
We would be happy to provide a cot(s) and high chair(s) for free.
Four your four-legged friend we will charge
7 Euro per day.
There is enough parking places, which are, of course, free
Extra charge for a single room: 12 Euro per day.
The extra charge does not apply to the Sparfuchs rooms.
For bed and breakfast only we will deduct 10 Euro.

Cancellation costs:
• Cancellations until 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival: 20% of the total cost
• Cancellations within 2 weeks before arrival: costs of the first 3 days
• In case of No Show 100% of the total cost will be charged
